The Rev. Mark Nabors, Vicar
Father Mark came to St. Alban’s in July 2019. He is currently a deacon in The Episcopal Church, and will become a priest in September 2019. He received his Master of Divinity from the School of Theology at Sewanee: The University of the South in 2019. He also holds a Master of Public Administration and Nonprofit Studies (2016) and a Bachelor of Arts (2014) from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
Father Mark is passionate about worship and church music. In fact, he says the thing that God used to draw him to The Episcopal Church was the beauty of its worship. He is also passionate about preaching and teaching, especially adult Christian education.
Father Mark and his wife Molly were married in the summer of 2017. They have two dogs, Pete and Fancy, and a cat, Gunther. Fr. Mark and Molly love music, especially sacred music. They met in 2012 while serving as counselors at a choir camp in Subiaco, Arkansas. They also love to hike and camp at any of Arkansas’s beautiful state parks. One of their goals is to visit and hike as many national parks as they can.
